Beautiful new one Double bedroom Studio/Apartment with kitchen & en-suite. We have quite time from 11pm-7am this mean no loud music no loud tv and peaceful chat, so if you want to relax in the Jacuzzi which is an additional cost paid on site , in the evening and watch the sun go down this is the place to be, we do not allow any late night parties of any sort. It is a shared Accommodation block and guests must be respectful of other guest and the owners.

The space
Nice private space with plenty car parking space- The Studios have no views, unless you sit in the patio area at the front of the main building but the studio
Is ideal if you want cooking facilities for your stay. If you don’t want cooking facilities and rather a sea view room then we would suggest to look at the sea view room we have available..

sauna and jacuzzi for private hourly hire at €25.

Other things to note
We are 2 kms from Portmagee, which means we offer a nice quite relaxed surroundings with no worries about parking and noise.
